The time has come.

We’ve all been waiting for this moment. Starting tomorrow, the official Super SF 2 Turbo HD Remix beta will be released on Xbox Live. In case you haven’t heard, the beta was included as an add-on bonus for those who’ve purchased Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 for Xbox Live Arcade. So yes, that means you’ve actually have to throw down a bit of e-funds to be among the first to relive this enhanced arcade classic.

I bet you wanna be among the first to play it don’t you? Well GotNext is giving (5) lucky winners for the 360.

Update @ 1:22 p.m.  We’ve just discovered PS3 owners won’t be able to participate, but we’ll still hand you a key to get Commando 3 for the PS3 if you’re eager to play it. Sorry for the confusion guys.

It's been awhile since we've hosted a humble little giveaway, but lo and behold - we've emerged with a special treat for DS owners. By now, many of you have heard about THQ's Drawn to Life (and if you haven't, might we suggest you read up on the reviews? Ours will be coming up this week). We'll just get right down to it. Send in your full name and along with a valid email address to be entered in our random drawing which should be addressed to contests@got-next.com with the subject header entitled: Drawn to Life Contest. Two weeks from now, we'll select (3) names from the pool of entries. That's right… 3 lucky winners will receive a personal copy of this slick DS game. The rules are really simple:

Seeing as I can no longer justify making direct news articles about gaming sweepstakes (with a little help from Travis), I’ve decided to post them here on GotSpace. The latest one comes from Konami who are celebrating Frogger’s 25th anniversary. Sorry, this entry isn’t calling out high-score junkies or artists in particular, merely people that can show off their “inner Frog”. O_o

Sup cosplay. I kid. All you have to do is send off a photo of yourself wearing (or doing) something that represents Frogger… all qualified entries will be entered in a drawing to win a Frogger scooter and a helmet. The contest kicks off on Sept. 11. Weekly winners will face off against each other in a final vote to determine who will win the Grand Prize package.
