Major League Gaming ''Battle of Beantown'' Event Photos
By | October 13, 2004

Bender Helper Impact was kind enough to share some of the event photos taken from the Major League Gaming (MLG) "Battle of Beantown". This marked the league's last major competition before its 2004 season-ending Championship Invitational. For those of you who are unfamiliar about the roots of the MLG, it's the first nationally organized professional video gaming league. Founded in 2003, MLG's goal is to raise the profile of professional video gaming to the level of other major pro sports around the world. MLG runs the largest live event gaming league worldwide, with over 300 competitions planned for its 2005 season. MLG is also the leading producer of gaming lifestyle-related media properties, including wireless, online, print and television properties. See www.mlgpro.com for more info and live Web casts of MLG events.

Below, you'll be able to get a taste of some of the activities spanned across several rooms filled with competitive players participating in Halo, Gran Turismo 3, Super Smash Brothers Melee, Soul Calibur 2, and the N-Gage edition of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.
